Using the website, you need to completely accept the terms, conditions, and disclaimers in this notice. If you don’t adhere to these terms and conditions, you must stop using the website with immediate effect.

Using this website, you conform to be bound by all statements, and the terms stated in “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy.”

The term “You” applies to both an individual and any organization accessing websites to avail services rendered via this website.

Payment Terms

Subject to specific terms agreed in writing/ published on the company’s website, the company shall/ will invoice the client for the net sum due for the services.

The client shall/ will pay the price for the services rendered on the payment date stated in the quote/ contract.

The time of payment shall be the essence of the contract. Payment receipts will be issued as soon as the amount gets received.

Any business loss or damage sustained by the client, whether caused by the negligence of the company, employees, or otherwise, which arises out of or in connection with the services rendered shall/ will be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy 

If the client halts operation and applies for a refund within 30 days of starting the work, or the first payment date, whichever is earlier, it will be billed on a pro-rata basis. 

Based on the work, you shall/ will be billed at the hourly rate stated in the termination clause of such contract. If not stated, it would be 15 USD for an hour. It will be deducted from the initial payment, and the balance shall be returned.

A campaign will not be considered void unless the agreed-upon payments are clear.’

In case the work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment at the time of the refund request. 

In such a case, the client shall/ will be accountable to pay for all work at the hourly rate stated in the contract between the Client and Easy Ranking by SEO.

No part of initial payment will be refunded unless a written application is made within 30 days of signing a starting the work/ first payment date, whichever is earlier.

A project will not be considered void unless the agreed-upon payments are clear.

The refund policy will not be applicable if the required information for the project’s successful completion isn’t provided within the specified time. 

If there is a delay or failure in the project’s completion because of improper communication from the client, the same cannot be attributed to the company.

No refund

 For the span that the services have already been delivered. If the client is not satisfied with the work, he must bring it to the notice of the Project Manager within 48 Hours and may request any discounts for the work loss. No negotiations at a later date/ time will be entertained.

Suppose the information provided by the client is insufficient and details on the project are not provided at the time of initiation. In that case, we are not liable to follow its delivery or refund commitments. 

There is no provision for compensation for delay in delivery under any circumstances, until & unless there is a written agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
